Orientation Support
- Administrator training to assist in timely and effective program launch.
- Orientation Manuals & Learner “Cheat Sheet” to ensure staff understanding of system features.
- Sample Orientation and Start-up Process provided for easy program introduction.
- Orientation support to administrator and/or supervisor by telephone or web during CHEX program launch.
- On-site orientation/training at agency request, for an additional cost.
Technical Support
- Support to administrator in troubleshooting system or learner problems.
- Support for running on-demand, standard reports to meet tracking requirements.
- Instruction and assistance in mass registration of learners.
- Coaching on use of curriculum management.
